"I had the most amazing experience with French Buckets. I had ordered an arrangement for a friend’s birthday, but unwittingly gave my friend’s former address. The new occupants accepted the delivery, so there was nothing to be done. When I called French Buckets to see if they at least had a name of who accepted the delivery, Suzanna instead insisted on making a new arrangement and sending it to my friend at her correct address. To quote my friend, she received “THE MOST beautiful flowers I have ever received. Absolutely stunning.” You cannot get better or more compassionate customer service anywhere!
